Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping

Once you place an order with us, we'll begin processing it within 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. 

After processing, we'll ship your order out, and you'll receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery dates. Keep in mind that these are not exact delivery dates and may vary under different circumstances such as weather, transportation issues, holidays, etc.

Domestic and International Shipping 

For domestic orders you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business after it has been shipped. For international orders, delivery may vary, and you can receive your order typically in 10-20 business days.

Tariffs

You the customer are responsible for tariffs and any other fees that it may cost for you to receive your international order. If you decide to send your product back after it has already been shipped out, you the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost and fees.
