Refund policy

•All sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

•Broken or Wrong Item - If your item was delivered broken or you've gotten the wrong item, please contact us with a photo attached to verify, and we will send you a new/right item. If you don't contact us before 24 hours after your item was delivered, we will not be able to resolve the issue.

Lost Item - If you do not receive your order, you the customer are responsible for filing a claim to the shipping carrier. If you're tracking status states that it has been delivered, we will not offer refunds and will not resend the product. 

Wrong Address - If the shipping address provided is incorrect, you the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost or fees associated with re-shipping the order.

Unclaimed Packages - If your package goes unclaimed it will be returned to our facility and you the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment.  The amount of time till your package goes unclaimed depends on the shipping carrier and post office policies.
